A true high performance all-in-one (AIO) filter system.
It has the powerful Sump Buddy 40 skimmer built in.
The versatility of being configured as either a Refugium, Berlin, or Plankton type sump.

Protean 400 filtration system installed in an Aqua-Vim 93 gallon  Room Divider Tank. (white enamel, metal halide ready canopy & stand combination).

Skimmer Pump used is a Magdrive 9.5 to max out the skimmers capacity.
Return pump is an Aqua Medic-Ocean Runner 3500
Kent Float switch installed for auto top off system, We will also be using our Smart Kalk 400 Reactor for Calcium Hydroxide top off water conditioning.

 

Footprint used for the whole filter system is only 28 x 11" total.
 


Tank Size 47x18x25", Stand Height 32", Stand Interior compartment 36lx16w27h"

The Tank is an Aqua Vim 93 gallon room divider with access from both sides and the stand overflow end open for easy three way access.

Setup and running.
The skimmer is operating properly, creating a very good foam.
Bio-bale added to the sump to allow plankton and copepods to grow and eventually feed the tank.
